Place parchment paper on large baking sheet with lip. Step 2: In a skillet, cook the ground beef, adding in taco seasoning packets according to instructions. Set the beef aside to cool. Step 3: Arrange 9 large tortillas on baking sheet, reserving three to go on top at the end. Step 4; Spread jar of nacho cheese on tortilla layer evenly, followed by cooked ground beef. Step 5; Add tostadas on top and spread sour cream on tostadas. Step 6: Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese in that order. Step 7: Add three reserved tortillas in the middle to close all gaps and fold over tortillas. (This part can be a bit tricky but don’t worry about perfection, just do your best) Step 8: Spray or brush olive oil atop crunch wrap supreme and use another baking sheet if necessary to hold all tortillas in place. Step 9: Place in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Then remove second baking sheet and cook an additional 5 minutes. Optional: For a super crispy top, broil on high for 1-2 minutes at the end of cook time. Step 10: Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting. After cooling, cut in desired sized pieces, serve, and enjoy. Switch to HIGH broil (usually ~525 degrees) right before adding in sheet pan with rice. Depending on moisture content of your rice and oven model - cook time will significantly vary. Store frozen (will last at least 3 months frozen). To reheat, remove lid and cover with a paper towel. Crumble in feta (~1.5 oz or 1/3 cup) around perimeter Immediately crack an egg into the center and season with black pepper and red pepper flakes (no need to add salt, the feta is plenty salty) Cover pan and cook, reducing heat if necessary, until white is set, yolk is still runny, and cheese is unbelievably crispy. Serve atop toast, with hash browns, or my personal favorite: in a charred tortilla with avocado and lime.
